- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup milk
- 2 cups panko breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil

Dip each piece of chicken first in the flour mixture, then in the egg mixture, and finally in the breadcrumb mixture, making sure to coat each piece well. 7. Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. 8. Add the chicken to the skillet and cook for about 2-3 minutes on each side, until golden brown and crispy. 9. Transfer the chicken to a baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for 10-15 minutes, until the chicken is cooked through. 10.
