- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup of plain Greek yogurt
- 1/3 cup of honey
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon of lemon juice

Step 1: Make the crust
1. Preheat the oven to 350°F. 2. In a bowl, mix together the almond flour, melted coconut oil, honey, and salt until well combined. 3. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan. 4. Bake the crust for 10 minutes, then remove from the oven and let it cool.Step 2: Make the filling
