- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). 2. In a large bowl, combine the diced butternut squash, chopped onion, minced garlic, olive oil, dried thyme, dried rosemary, dried sage, salt, and black pepper. Toss to coat evenly. 3. Spread the mixture in a single layer on a baking sheet and roast for 25-30 minutes, or until the squash is tender and lightly browned. 4.
