Kofta Kebab Recipe

- 1 onion, grated
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs

- 1 tsp. coriander
- 1/2 tsp. paprika
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper
- 1/2 cup plain yogurt
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1/4 tsp. salt
Instructions
Step 1: Prepare the Kofta
In a large bowl, combine the ground meat, grated onion, breadcrumbs, parsley, cilantro, cumin, coriander, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix well with your hands until all the ingredients are evenly distributed.Step 2: Shape the Kofta
Shape the meat mixture into small patties or rolls. If using skewers, thread the meat onto the skewers, pressing the meat firmly onto the skewer.Step 3: Grill the Kofta
Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Grill the kofta for 4-5 minutes on each side or until fully cooked. If using skewers, rotate the skewers every few minutes to ensure that the meat is evenly cooked.Step 4: Prepare the Sauce
In a small bowl, whisk together the yogurt, sour cream, mayonnaise, minced garlic, and salt until smooth.Step 5: Serve the Kofta
