- 1 1/2 pounds potatoes, peeled and chopped
- 1/2 cup milk
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard

1. Preheat your oven to 400 degrees F. 2. In a large pot, add the chopped potatoes and cover with water. Bring to a boil and cook until the potatoes are tender, about 15-20 minutes. 3. While the potatoes are cooking, heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the sausages and cook until browned on all sides, about 8-10 minutes. Remove the sausages from the skillet and set aside. 4. In the same skillet, add the onion and garlic and cook until softened, about 3-5 minutes. 5. Sprinkle the flour over the onions and garlic and stir to combine. Cook for 1-2 minutes, or until the flour is golden brown. 6. Slowly whisk in the beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, and Dijon mustard. Bring the mixture to a simmer and cook for 5-7 minutes, or until the gravy has thickened. 7. While the gravy is cooking, drain the potatoes and return them to the pot. Add the milk, butter, salt, and pepper and mash until smooth. 8. Spread the mashed potatoes in the bottom of a baking dish. Place the browned sausages on top of the mashed potatoes. 9. Pour the gravy over the sausages and potatoes. 10.
