- 1 red bell pepper, sliced into strips
- 1 green bell pepper, sliced into strips
- 1 cup of water
- 1/4 cup of vinegar
- 2 tablespoons of cooking oil
- 1 tablespoon of soy sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
For the Tilapia:
- 2 medium-sized tilapia, cleaned and gutted
- 1/2 cup of cornstarch
- 1/4 cup of all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper
- 1/4 cup of water
- Oil for frying
Instructions
For the Tilapia:
1. In a bowl, mix together cornstarch, all-purpose flour, salt, and black pepper. 2. Add water gradually and mix until a smooth batter forms. 3. Dip each tilapia into the batter and coat it completely. 4. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat. 5. Fry the tilapias until golden brown on both sides. 6.
