- 4 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
- 1/2 cup of chopped fresh cilantro
- 1 pound of cooked flaked fish (such as salmon or cod)
Instructions
Here are the steps to make this easy kedgeree recipe:- Rinse the rice in a fine-mesh strainer under cold running water until the water runs clear.
- In a medium-sized saucepan, bring the rice and water to a boil over high heat. Reduce the heat to low, cover the saucepan, and simmer for 18 to 20 minutes, or until the rice is tender and the water is absorbed.
