Instructions
Follow these easy instructions to make your own kedgeree at home:- Wash the basmati rice and add it to a pot with 2 cups of water. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low and cover. Cook for 18-20 minutes, or until the rice is tender and the water has been absorbed.
