- 50g unsalted butter, softened
- 225g cream cheese, at room temperature
- 450g icing sugar, sifted
Instructions
Step 1: Preheat the oven
Preheat the oven to 180°C/fan 160°C/gas 4. Grease and line 2 x 20cm sandwich tins with baking paper.Step 2: Cream the butter and sugar
Cream the butter and sugar together in a large mixing bowl until pale and fluffy.Step 3: Add the eggs
Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.Step 4: Add the cocoa powder and food coloring
