Introduction

Instructions

1. To make the dough, combine the flour and salt in a bowl. Make a well in the center and add the eggs and water. Mix until a dough forms. Knead the dough for a few minutes until it becomes smooth and elastic. Cover with plastic wrap and let rest for 30 minutes. 2. To make the filling, heat the butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add the onion and garlic and sauté for a few minutes until soft. Add the ground meat and cook until browned, breaking it up with a wooden spoon as it cooks. 3. Add the cooked spinach, breadcrumbs, salt, pepper, and nutmeg to the skillet. Mix well and cook for a few more minutes until the filling is heated through. 4. In a separate bowl, beat the eggs and milk together. 5. Roll out the dough on a floured surface until it is thin and even. Cut the dough into 3-inch squares. 6. Place a tablespoon of the filling in the center of each square. Brush the edges of the dough with the egg mixture and fold the dough over the filling to form a triangle. Press the edges together to seal. 7. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the ravioli and cook for 10-12 minutes until they float to the surface. 8. Serve the ravioli hot with your favorite sauce or gravy.
