Gourmet Burgers Recipe

Burgers are everyone's favourite meal. They are easy to make, delicious and can be customized to fit any taste. But what if you could make a gourmet burger that would elevate your burger game? For the burger patty:- 1 pound of ground beef (80% lean/20% fat)
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
- 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper
- 1/4 cup of bread crumbs
- 1 tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup of finely chopped onion
- 4 brioche buns
- 4 slices of cheddar cheese
- 4 slices of bacon
- 2 cups of arugula
- 1 large tomato, sliced
- 1/4 cup of mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon of Dijon mustard
Instructions
1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. 2. In a large bowl, mix together the ground beef, salt, black pepper, bread crumbs, Worcestershire sauce, egg and onion until well combined. 3. Divide the mixture into 4 equal patties. 4. Place the patties on the grill and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side or until they reach your desired level of doneness. 5. While the burgers are cooking, cook the bacon in a skillet until crispy. 6. In a small bowl, mix together the mayonnaise and Dijon mustard. 7. Once the burgers are cooked, top each patty with a slice of cheddar cheese and let it melt. 8. Toast the brioche buns on the grill. 9. To assemble the burgers, spread the mayonnaise and Dijon mustard mixture on the bottom bun. 10. Place a handful of arugula on top of the sauce. 11. Add a slice of tomato on top of the arugula. 12. Place the burger patty on top of the tomato. 13. Add a slice of bacon on top of the patty. 14. Top it off with the other half of the bun. 15. Repeat the process for the other burgers. 16.
