Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add 1 tbsp. of olive oil and swirl to coat the pan.
Add the sliced meat to the skillet and sprinkle with 1 tsp. of chili powder, 1/2 tsp. of cumin, 1/2 tsp. of paprika, 1/4 tsp. of salt, and 1/8 tsp. of black pepper. Cook for 5-7 minutes or until browned and cooked through. Remove the meat from the skillet and set aside.
Return the cooked meat to the skillet and toss with the veggies. Sprinkle with the remaining 1 tsp. of chili powder, 1/2 tsp. of cumin, and 1/2 tsp. of paprika. Toss to combine and cook for 1-2 more minutes or until heated through.
Warm the tortillas in a microwave or oven. Spoon the fajita mixture onto the tortillas and add your favorite toppings.
