Ingredients

Instructions

1. Preheat your oven to 325°F. 2. In a small bowl, mix together the garlic, ginger, brown sugar, soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, salt, and pepper. 3. Place the pork belly in a large baking dish or Dutch oven. 4. Rub the marinade all over the pork belly, making sure it is evenly coated. 5. Pour the chicken broth into the baking dish, around the pork belly. 6. Cover the dish with foil or a lid. 7. Place the dish in the oven and cook for 3-4 hours, or until the pork belly is tender and fully cooked. 8. Remove the dish from the oven and let the pork belly rest for 10-15 minutes. 9. If desired, sprinkle sliced green onions, chopped cilantro, and red pepper flakes on top of the pork belly before serving.
