- 1 can of Coca Cola
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 tsp ginger, grated
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Green onions, chopped (for garnish, optional)
Instructions
1. Preheat your oven to 375°F. 2. In a bowl, mix together the Coca Cola, ketchup, soy sauce, honey, brown sugar, garlic, and ginger until well combined. 3. Season the chicken thighs with salt and pepper on both sides. 4. In a large skillet, heat some oil over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the chicken thighs skin-side down and cook until golden brown, about 5 minutes. 5. Flip the chicken thighs over and cook for another 3 minutes. 6. Pour the Coca Cola mixture over the chicken thighs, making sure to coat each piece evenly. 7. Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 35-40 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the sauce has thickened. 8. Once done, remove the skillet from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes. 9.
