- 125g unsalted butter
- 175g light brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 4 tbsp golden syrup
Instructions
Step 1: Preheat the oven
Preheat your oven to 180°C/160°C fan/gas mark 4. Line a baking tray with greaseproof paper.Step 2: Mix the dry ingredients
