Runner Bean Recipe

Ingredients:

1 pound of runner beans

2 tablespoons of olive oil

1 medium onion, chopped

3 garlic cloves, minced

1 teaspoon of smoked paprika

1 teaspoon of ground cumin

1 teaspoon of ground coriander

1/2 teaspoon of chili powder

1/2 teaspoon of salt

1/4 teaspoon of black pepper

1/2 cup of vegetable broth

1/4 cup of chopped fresh cilantro

1 lime, cut into wedges

Instructions:

1. Rinse the runner beans and trim off the ends. Cut the beans into bite-sized pieces.
