- 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste

- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 1 tsp red chilli powder
- Salt to taste

Instructions
Follow these instructions to make paneer chilli:- Cut the paneer into small cubes and keep them aside.
- Cut the onions and capsicums into small pieces.
- Slit the green chillies lengthwise.
- In a small bowl, mix together cornflour, soy sauce, vinegar, red chilli powder, and salt.
- Heat oil in a pan and fry the paneer cubes until they turn golden brown. Remove them from the pan and keep them aside.
- In the same pan, add a little more oil and sauté onions, capsicums, and green chillies until they turn slightly brown.
- Add ginger-garlic paste and sauté for another minute.
- Add the cornflour mixture to the pan and stir well.
- Add the fried paneer cubes to the pan and mix well.
- Cook for another 2-3 minutes until the paneer cubes are coated well with the cornflour mixture.
- Paneer chilli is now ready to serve.
