Gino Tiramisu Recipe

- 1 pound mascarpone cheese
- 1/4 cup strong brewed coffee
- 24 ladyfingers
- Cocoa powder for dusting
Instructions
Step 1: Make the Custard
In a medium saucepan, whisk together the egg yolks and sugar until well combined. Whisk in the milk and place the saucepan over low heat. Cook the mixture, stirring constantly, until it thickens and coats the back of a spoon, about 10 minutes. Remove from heat and let cool to room temperature.Step 2: Whip the Cream
In a large mixing bowl, whip the heavy cream and vanilla extract until stiff peaks form. In another bowl, beat the mascarpone cheese until smooth.Step 3: Combine the Custard and Cream
