- 1/4 cup water
- 3 medium tomatoes, diced
- 1/2 onion, diced
- 1 jalapeno, seeded and diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- 1 lime, juiced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 ripe avocados
- 1/4 onion, diced

- 4 large burrito tortillas
- 1 cup cooked rice
- 1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions
Step 1: Cook the Chicken
Preheat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the olive oil to the skillet. Season the chicken breasts with chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Add the chicken to the skillet and cook for about 5 minutes on each side, or until cooked through. Add water to the skillet and scrape any brown bits from the bottom of the pan. Let the chicken cool for a few minutes, then shred it using two forks.Step 2: Make the Salsa
In a small bowl, combine the diced tomatoes, onion, jalapeno, garlic, cilantro, lime juice, salt, and pepper. Mix well and set aside.Step 3: Make the Guacamole
