Add the red wine and cook for 2-3 minutes or until the wine has evaporated. 5. Add the diced tomatoes, beef broth, oregano, basil, thyme, salt, and pepper. Stir to combine. 6. Bring the sauce to a boil, then reduce the heat to low. Simmer for 1-2 hours, stirring occasionally. 7. While the sauce is simmering, cook the spaghetti in a large pot of boiling salted water according to the package instructions. 8. Drain the spaghetti and add it to the pot with the sauce.
