Singapore Noodles Recipe

The ingredients needed for this recipe are as follows:- 200g thin rice noodles
- 1 chicken breast, sliced
- 12 peeled and deveined shrimp
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced thinly
- 1 yellow onion, sliced thinly
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 tsp of curry powder
- 1 tsp of soy sauce
- 1 tsp of fish sauce
- 1 tsp of sugar
- 2 tbsp of vegetable oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cilantro for garnish
Instructions
1. Soak the rice noodles in hot water for 5-7 minutes until they are soft. Drain the noodles and set them aside. 2. In a wok or large skillet, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat. 3. Add the sliced chicken breast and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until it is cooked through. 4. Add the minced garlic and stir-fry for 30 seconds until fragrant. 5. Add the sliced onion and red bell pepper and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until they are softened. 6. Add the shrimp and stir-fry for 1-2 minutes until they turn pink. 7. Add the curry powder, soy sauce, fish sauce, and sugar to the wok and stir-fry for 1 minute until everything is well combined. 8. Add the drained rice noodles to the wok and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until they are heated through and coated in the sauce. 9. Season the noodles with salt and pepper to taste. 10.
