  2. In a mixing bowl, add cornflour, all-purpose flour, ginger garlic paste, red chili powder, and salt. Mix all the ingredients well and add a little water to make a smooth batter.

  8. Add the fried noodles to the pan and toss them well with the sauce so that the noodles are coated with the sauce.
  9. Garnish with some chopped spring onions and serve hot.
