- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 can of diced tomatoes
- 1 can of kidney beans
- 1 tablespoon of chili powder
- 1 teaspoon of cumin
- 1 teaspoon of paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional toppings: shredded cheese, sour cream, avocado, cilantro
Instructions
1. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. 2. Add the ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it up into small pieces as it cooks. 3. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until the onion is translucent. 4. Add the can of diced tomatoes and kidney beans (with their liquid). 5. Add the chili powder, cumin, paprika, and salt and pepper to taste. 6. Stir everything together and bring to a simmer. 7.
