Instructions
- Clean and cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces.
- In a bowl, mix ginger-garlic paste, red chili powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, garam masala, yogurt, and salt to taste.
- Add the chicken to the bowl and marinate for at least 2 hours or overnight in the refrigerator.
- Preheat the oven to 400°F.
- Place the marinated chicken on a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through. You can also grill the chicken.
- While the chicken is cooking, heat butter in a pan over medium heat.
- Add chopped onions and sauté until they turn translucent.
- Add chopped tomatoes and cook until they become soft and mushy.
- Let the mixture cool down and then blend it to make a smooth paste.
- Heat the same pan over medium heat and add the tomato paste.
- Add heavy cream and mix well.
- Add salt to taste and let the sauce simmer for 5-10 minutes.
- Add the cooked chicken to the sauce and mix well.
- Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve hot with naan or rice.
