Instructions
1. Preheat your oven to 350°F. 2. Begin by making the cake batter. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the sugar, flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. 3. In a separate bowl, beat together the vegetable oil, milk, eggs, and vanilla extract. 4. Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, whisking until the batter is smooth. 5.
