Nutrition
Vegetable pakoras are high in calories due to the frying process. One serving (4-6 pieces) of vegetable pakoras contains approximately 200-250 calories. They are also high in fat and carbohydrates. However, they are also a good source of fiber and protein due to the chickpea flour and mixed vegetables.
It is recommended to eat vegetable pakoras in moderation as a snack rather than as a meal. To make them healthier, you can bake or air-fry them instead of deep-frying. You can also use a mix of whole wheat flour and chickpea flour instead of only chickpea flour.
