- 1 teaspoon of black pepper powder
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 2 tablespoons of oil
- Chopped spring onions (optional)
Instructions
To make Chilli Paneer, follow the step-by-step instructions given below:- In a bowl, mix corn flour, all-purpose flour, ginger-garlic paste, salt, and black pepper powder. Add water and make a thick batter.
- Dip the paneer cubes in the batter, and deep fry in hot oil until golden brown.
- Remove the fried paneer cubes on a tissue paper to remove excess oil.
- In a pan, heat 2 tablespoons of oil.
- Add diced onions and sauté until translucent.
- Add diced bell peppers and sauté for 2-3 minutes.
- Add tomato ketchup, soy sauce, red chili sauce, vinegar, and sugar. Mix well.
- Add fried paneer cubes and toss well to coat with the sauce.
- Cook for 2-3 minutes on low flame.
- Switch off the flame and garnish with chopped spring onions (optional).
