- 100g self-raising flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 3 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp low-fat spread
- 2 tbsp skimmed milk
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- A pinch of salt
Instructions
1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (160°C fan)/350°F/gas mark 4. 2. Grease a square baking tin with low-fat spread. 3. In a large mixing bowl, combine the oats, flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt. 4. In a separate bowl, whisk together the honey, low-fat spread, skimmed milk, egg, and vanilla extract. 5. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until everything is well combined. 6. Pour the mixture into the baking tin and smooth it out with a spoon. 7.
