Add the curry powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, chilli powder and garam masala. Fry for a minute until fragrant. 7. Add the tomatoes and tomato paste and cook for a few minutes until the tomatoes start to break down. 8. Add the water and salt and bring to a boil. 9.
