- 1 teaspoon of red chili powder
- 1 teaspoon of turmeric powder
- 1 teaspoon of garam masala
- 1 cup of water
- 2 tablespoons of oil
- Salt, to taste

Instructions
Follow these simple steps to make paneer curry:- Cut the paneer into bite-size cubes and set aside.
- Heat the oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the cumin seeds and let them splutter.
- Add the chopped onions and green chilies and sauté until the onions are translucent.
- Add the ginger garlic paste and sauté for another minute.
- Add the chopped tomatoes and cook until they are soft and mushy.
- Add the coriander powder, red chili powder, turmeric powder, and garam masala. Mix well.
- Add one cup of water and bring the mixture to a boil.
- Add the paneer cubes and salt to taste. Mix well.
- Cover the pan and simmer for 5-7 minutes until the paneer is cooked through.
- Garnish with cilantro and serve hot with rice or naan.
