Follow these steps to make dosai:- Wash the rice and urad dal separately and soak them in water for at least 4 hours.
- Soak the fenugreek seeds along with the urad dal.
- Drain the water from the rice and urad dal and grind them separately in a blender or wet grinder to form a smooth batter.
- Mix the rice and urad dal batter together in a large bowl.
- Add salt to the batter and mix well.
