Instructions
1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). 2. Grease a loaf pan with butter or cooking spray. 3. In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt. 4. Add the softened butter to the bowl and mix until the mixture is crumbly. 5. Beat the eggs in a small bowl and add them to the mixing bowl. 6. Add the milk and vanilla extract to the bowl and mix until the batter is smooth. 7. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan. 8. Bake for 45-50 minutes or until the bread is golden brown and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. 9. Remove the sweetbread from the oven and let it cool in the pan for 10 minutes. 10.
