Ingredients:

For the salad:

  • 1 pound cooked shrimp, peeled and deveined

  • 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste

Instructions:

To make the salad:

  1. In a large bowl, combine the cooked shrimp, crabmeat, celery, green onions, red and yellow bell peppers, parsley, and cilantro. Toss gently to combine.

To make the dressing:

  1. In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, sour cream, buttermilk, lemon juice, Cajun seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until smooth and well combined.
